When will my cup be made?

All tumblers are made on live unless stated otherwise. You can request for them to be made off live just drop me a message. I will contact you let you know when i can go live to create your order and we can work out your availability to mine. 

Are tumblers customisable?

Yes! You choose your size tumbler, weather you want snowglobe, lava or shake, you choose the glitter, colours, wrap and any touches to the lid! Every tumbler is handmade and unique. 

Can I choose decal?

Of course! I have a large range available you can choose over tiktok live or drop me a message. Most are on my pinned post on my profile. If your looking for something specific just message me I can source most things! 

Can I put hot drinks in my tumbler?

No. 

No hot drinks in acrylic tumblers 

Hot drinks only in glass or stainless steel 

 

How do I care for my tumbler?

- not dishwasher safe

- avoid dropping your tumbler this can damage it. Especially decorated lids they need extra care like when washing it ect 

- avoid extreme heat

- not microwave safe

- clean with warm water only 

- do not soak 

- no harsh chemicals or cleaning materials 

 

Tumblers must knows

Snowglobes - glitter will settle just shake or roll between your hands to activate it much like a proper Snowglobe 

- never shake lava 

- lava will need 5 flips for it start taking effect especially after its been sat

- never shake a swirl or shake cup 

 

What is the return policy

Here at D&D creations each tumbler is handmade to order and attention to detail. Because personalised and custom made items are created specifically for each customer we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choices once your order has been started. 

What if my item arrives damaged ?

If your item is damaged or an issue with your order please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with photos/video and details of problem.i will assess each case individually and where possible i will repair the item. If a repair is not possible I will replace it with a similar item of equal value. Please note handmade items may have small variations making each one unique. These small differences are part of the handmade process and are not considered faults. 

What is the turnaround/processing time for orders?

Turn around for snowglobe or lava is 3-4 days due to degassing process 

Shake swirl cup 4-5 days 

- handmade whipped lids can be up to 5-6 days due to drying times but will always keep you updated if its sooner.
